  • She speaks of Mindfulness, the type of meditation. Living in the present moment would help with stress in general but it would really help with stress eating. If you could practice the mind to know the difference between cravings from emotional or stressful situations to when the body needs food. Because in the long run it could actually in a way save your life, your chances of getting diabetes would lower and so would the lipid levels in your blood. Learning mindfulness could also be an outlet for the stress to leave the body instead of staying in your thoughts and constantly reminding you of what’s stressing you out.
